1. Books (Physical & Digital)
- Physical Books
- Refunds are eligible only if the book is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order with proof (photo/video).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Replacement will be offered instead of refund wherever possible.
- Digital Books (E-books, PDFs, Downloads)
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
- No refunds or cancellations will be processed once the file has been downloaded.
2. Counseling & Live Sessions
- One-to-One Counseling
- Cancellations are allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- A reschedule option will be provided. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
- Group Counseling Sessions / Webinars
- Bookings are non-refundable, but in case of unavoidable circumstances, participants may be moved to the next available session (subject to availability).
